Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Crack in the eggs and add the vanilla extract, mixing until well incorporated.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to your wet mixture, mixing just until combined.
- Use a cookie scoop or a tablespoon to drop dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
- Prepare the pink frosting by beating together all frosting ingredients until smooth, then frost your cookies once cooled.
Serving
- Let the frosting set slightly before serving and enjoy your homemade Crumbl Pink Sugar Cookies!
Notes
For extra fluffiness, chill the dough for about 30 minutes before baking. Store cookies in an airtight container for 3-5 days at room temperature, or freeze for up to 3 months.
