Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 8-10 medium-sized Croissants
  • 2 cups Pastry Cream store-bought or homemade
  • 2 cups Fresh Fruits assorted (berries, bananas, kiwi)
  • ½ cup Chocolate Sauce store-bought or homemade
  • Powdered Sugar For dusting

Method

Preparation
  1. If you’re making homemade pastry cream, prepare it first. Let it cool completely before use.
  2. Slice each croissant in half horizontally. This will be the perfect base for filling with cream and fruit.
  3. Take each bottom half of the croissant and pipe or spoon pastry cream generously onto the croissant.
  4. Add a few pieces of your chosen fresh fruits on top of the pastry cream.
  5. Place the top half of the croissant onto the filled bottom half. Repeat this for all croissants, forming a tower as you layer them.
  6. Once the tower is complete, drizzle chocolate sauce over the top.
  7. Finish by lightly dusting the tower with powdered sugar for presentation.
  8. Enjoy it fresh, while the croissants are still crispy!

Notes

For a Halal-compliant option, ensure that your chocolate sauce is free from any non-Halal ingredients. Store leftovers in the refrigerator wrapped well in plastic wrap. Best enjoyed fresh but can last for up to two days.
