Preparation
- Begin by measuring out all your ingredients to make assembling your lasagna a breeze.
- In a bowl, blend the ricotta cheese with Italian seasoning and some salt and pepper for added flavor.
Layering
- Start by spreading some marinara sauce on the bottom of the crockpot.
- Layer frozen ravioli on top, followed by dollops of the ricotta mixture, a sprinkle of mozzarella, and a sprinkling of Parmesan.
- Continue layering the marinara, ravioli, ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan until all ingredients are used, ending with a last layer of marinara sauce and topping it with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
Cooking
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for about 4 hours or until the ravioli are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
- Once the cooking time is up, serve with a sprinkle of fresh basil on top if desired, and enjoy your comforting meal!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. To reheat, microwave until heated through or place in an oven-safe dish at 350°F until warmed throughout.
