- Lightly spray your crockpot with non-stick spray for easy cleanup.
- In a medium bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, ranch seasoning mix, and chicken broth. Stir until smooth.
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot, then pour the sauce mixture over the chicken, smothering each piece evenly.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on top as desired, and add diced onions or any other vegetables if you’re using them.
- Set the slow cooker on low and let it cook for 5-6 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks and stir it back into the gravy.
- Serve the creamy chicken on rice, mashed potatoes, or with your favorite vegetable side dish.
Notes
For thicker gravy, consider adding a bit of cornstarch mixed with water during the last hour of cooking. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
