  • 6-8 pieces pepperoncini peppers Provides a kick of flavor.
  • ½ cup unsalted butter Essential for richness.
  • to taste sliced kielbasa sausage Infuses the dish with smoky essence.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cut beef ribs or roast into manageable chunks.
  2. Layer the beef chunks in the bottom of the crock pot.
  3. Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix evenly over the beef.
  4. Place the half cup of unsalted butter on top of the seasoned beef.
  5. Nestle the pepperoncini peppers on top for added flavor.
  6. Add the sliced kielbasa on top.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the beef is fork-tender.
  8. Once cooked, serve and enjoy with mashed potatoes or bread.

Notes

For a lighter option, consider using turkey or chicken sausages instead of kielbasa. Avoid frequently lifting the lid while cooking to maintain heat.
