Preparation
- Cut beef ribs or roast into manageable chunks.
- Layer the beef chunks in the bottom of the crock pot.
- Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix evenly over the beef.
- Place the half cup of unsalted butter on top of the seasoned beef.
- Nestle the pepperoncini peppers on top for added flavor.
- Add the sliced kielbasa on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the beef is fork-tender.
- Once cooked, serve and enjoy with mashed potatoes or bread.
Notes
For a lighter option, consider using turkey or chicken sausages instead of kielbasa. Avoid frequently lifting the lid while cooking to maintain heat.
