- Place the roast into the crock pot. Add the sliced onions, minced garlic, French onion soup mix, Worcestershire sauce, and beef broth. Season with salt and pepper.
Cooking
- Cover the crock pot and cook on low for about 8 hours or high for 4 hours. The longer it cooks, the better the flavor.
- Once done, shred the meat in the crock pot with two forks and mix it with the sauce.
