Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and peel the potatoes. Slice them into even rounds, approximately 1/4 inch thick.
Coating
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the potato rounds and toss to coat them evenly.
- Add the seasoned cheese mixture to the bowl with the potato rounds. Toss until each round is generously coated.
Baking
- Spread the coated potato rounds evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through for even browning.
- Remove from the oven and let them sit for a couple of minutes before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to a month. Reheat in a 400°F oven for 10 minutes for best results.
