  • 4 large large carrots, cut into fries Choose firm, fresh carrots.

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika Add chili powder for a spicy kick if desired.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and peel the carrots, then cut them into fries, aiming for uniform sizes to ensure even cooking.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the carrot fries with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until every fry is evenly coated.
  4. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the carrot fries and mix them well.
  5. Spread the seasoned carrot fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking until golden brown and crispy.
  2. Once baked, remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes. You can also freeze uncooked carrot fries for future use.
