Ingredients

Dry Ingredients
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Wet Ingredients
  • 1 large egg white
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon water

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine almond flour, sea salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Create a small well in the middle of the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg white, olive oil, and water. Pour this mixture into the well and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper. Roll it out evenly to about 1/8-inch thickness.
  5. Cut the dough into squares or desired shapes. Transfer the parchment paper with the cut dough onto a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  7. Once baked, let them cool for a few minutes before breaking apart the crackers.

Notes

For variations, consider adding dried herbs like rosemary or thyme instead of garlic and onion powder. Watch baking time to prevent burning. Store in an airtight container for up to a week or freeze for longer storage.
