Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) to ensure that crispy exterior you’re craving.
 - Prepare the chicken thighs by patting them dry with paper towels to help the skin to crisp up nicely.
 - Season the chicken on both sides with salt and pepper, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
 
Cooking
- Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the chicken thighs skin-side down and sear for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
 - Flip the chicken thighs and pour in the honey, minced garlic, and soy sauce mixture. Allow this to sizzle for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
 - Transfer the skillet to your preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and crispy.
 
Serving
- Garnish with your choice of chopped green onions or parsley, and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
