  2. Flip the chicken thighs and pour in the honey, minced garlic, and soy sauce mixture. Allow this to sizzle for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
  3. Transfer the skillet to your preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and crispy.
