Ingredients
  

For the Chips
  • 1 cup cottage cheese (preferably low-fat)
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (or almond flour for a gluten-free option)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt add more to taste
  • pepper to taste

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until you have a thick batter.
  2. On a parchment-lined baking sheet, drop spoonfuls of the mixture, flattening them into thin circles, aiming for about ¼-inch thick for optimal crispiness.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the chips in a single layer and cook for about 15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  3. Once finished, let the chips cool on a wire rack to maintain their crispiness.
