For Assembling the Sandwich
  • 4 pieces burger buns Soft and fluffy for a perfect sandwich.
  • as needed Lettuce Washed and dried for crunch.
  • as needed Tomato slices For freshness.

Method
 

Marinate the Chicken
  1. Place the chicken breasts in a bowl and cover them with buttermilk. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Prepare the Coating
  1. In a separate dish, mix together the flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Coat the Chicken
  1. Dredge each chicken piece in the flour mixture, ensuring an even coat.
Fry the Chicken
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. Fry each piece for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
Prepare the Buns
  1. While frying the chicken, lightly toast the burger buns.
Assemble Your Sandwich
  1. On the bottom bun, add the crispy chicken, layer with fresh lettuce, a tomato slice, and a dollop of mayonnaise. Top with the other bun.
