- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, marinara sauce, cooked pasta, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
- Lightly grease a 9×13 inch casserole dish with olive oil.
- Spoon the chicken and pasta mixture into the prepared dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan over the chicken mixture.
- In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs with the remaining olive oil and mix well. Sprinkle the topping over the cheese layer.
Baking
- Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
