Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and peel the sweet potatoes. Cut them into even sticks (about 1/4 inch thick).
- In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Lay the fries out in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
- Bake the fries for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
Serving
- Enjoy the fries hot as is or with your favorite dip.
Notes
For best results, make sure to cut sweet potatoes into uniform sizes and don’t overcrowd the baking sheet. You can also try using an air fryer for even crispier fries. Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to a month.
