  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 large egg

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure even cooking.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add the egg and mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into thick patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Lightly spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  5. Place the patties on the baking sheet, ensuring they are not touching.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces or toppings.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days or freeze for up to three months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes for best results.
