Preparation
- Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 425°F (220°C).
 - Prepare the Wings: Pat dry the chicken wings with paper towels to ensure they get crispy.
 - Season the Wings: In a large bowl, toss the wings with baking powder, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
 - Arrange on Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, place a wire rack on top, and arrange the wings in a single layer.
 - Bake: Bake the wings for about 40-45 minutes, turning them halfway through.
 - Prepare the Sauce: While the wings are baking, mix the buffalo sauce and melted butter in a bowl.
 - Toss in Sauce: Once the wings are baked, remove from the oven and toss them in the sauce mixture.
 - Serve: Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes
For best results, ensure wings are thoroughly dried before seasoning. Use aluminum-free baking powder for the crispest skin and monitor doneness with a meat thermometer to ensure internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
