Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the bagels in half and then cut each half into quarters.
  3. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, and onion powder. Brush each bagel piece with this mixture.
  4. Arrange the bagel pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
