Ingredients
Method
Preparation
- Start by washing and drying the zucchinis. Cut them into thin rounds.
- In a large bowl, toss the zucchini slices with olive oil until they’re evenly coated.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to ensure every slice is seasoned.
Cooking
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
- Place the seasoned zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook the zucchini chips for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Keep an eye on them; air fryers can vary in temperature.
Serving
- Once cooked, remove the chips and let them cool slightly.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days. For crispiness, reheat in the air fryer for 3-5 minutes at 350°F (175°C) or in the oven.
