  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced thinly (about 1/4 inch thick)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (or your favorite cooking oil)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (optional for a bit of heat)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: Grated Parmesan cheese for topping Use according to preference

Preparation
  1. Start by washing and drying the zucchinis. Cut them into thin rounds.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the zucchini slices with olive oil until they’re evenly coated.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to ensure every slice is seasoned.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  2. Place the seasoned zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  3. Cook the zucchini chips for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. Keep an eye on them; air fryers can vary in temperature.
Serving
  1. Once cooked, remove the chips and let them cool slightly.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days. For crispiness, reheat in the air fryer for 3-5 minutes at 350°F (175°C) or in the oven.
