  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
For the marinade
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce Use tamari for gluten-free option.
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by cutting your cauliflower head into bite-sized florets, aiming for even sizes.
  2. In a large bowl, combine sesame oil, soy sauce, sesame seeds, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  3. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl, tossing to coat evenly with the marinade. Let sit for about 5-10 minutes.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  5. Arrange the marinated florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden-brown and crunchy.
  7. Remove from air fryer, let cool slightly, and serve warm.

Notes

For extra crunch, air fry at a lower temperature for a longer duration. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to one month.
