- In a large bowl, combine sesame oil, soy sauce, sesame seeds, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl, tossing to coat evenly with the marinade. Let sit for about 5-10 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Arrange the marinated florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for about 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden-brown and crunchy.
- Remove from air fryer, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
Notes
