Preparation
- Rinse the chicken tenders and pat them dry with paper towels.
- In one bowl, mix the all-purpose flour with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs.
- In a third bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with garlic powder and paprika.
Coating
- Dip each chicken tender into the flour, then the egg mixture, allowing excess to drip off.
- Dredge the tender in the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
Air Frying
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Arrange the chicken tenders in a single layer and spray the tops lightly.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Serving
- Once fully cooked, serve your crispy chicken tenders hot with your favorite dips.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator, or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for 5-7 minutes.
