Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour Can substitute with almond flour or gluten-free blend.
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or oil For air frying.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Rinse the chicken tenders and pat them dry with paper towels.
  2. In one bowl, mix the all-purpose flour with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs.
  4. In a third bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with garlic powder and paprika.
Coating
  1. Dip each chicken tender into the flour, then the egg mixture, allowing excess to drip off.
  2. Dredge the tender in the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
Air Frying
  1. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  2. Arrange the chicken tenders in a single layer and spray the tops lightly.
  3. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Serving
  1. Once fully cooked, serve your crispy chicken tenders hot with your favorite dips.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator, or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for 5-7 minutes.
