Preparation
  1. Start by peeling the fresh carrots and cutting them into sticks, about 3-4 inches long.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the carrot sticks with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss well until each carrot stick is evenly coated.
  3. Preheat your air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Place the seasoned carrot sticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding; if needed, cook in batches.
  2. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  3. Once the edges are golden and crisp, remove them from the air fryer and allow to cool slightly.
