Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Open the can of crescent dough and unroll it onto a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Pinch the seams together.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in diced vegetables and half of the cheese into the egg mixture, then pour it over the crescent base in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top.
Baking
- Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
Serving
- Let it cool for a few minutes, garnish with fresh herbs if desired, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For longer shelf life, freeze individual portions and consume within 2 months.
