Ingredients
  

Base
  • 1 can crescent roll dough 8 oz
Fillings
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or your favorite
  • 1 cup diced vegetables bell peppers, onions, or spinach
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • optional Fresh herbs for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Open the can of crescent dough and unroll it onto a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Pinch the seams together.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Stir in diced vegetables and half of the cheese into the egg mixture, then pour it over the crescent base in the baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top.
Baking
  1. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
Serving
  1. Let it cool for a few minutes, garnish with fresh herbs if desired, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For longer shelf life, freeze individual portions and consume within 2 months.
