- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare your baking tray by laying down parchment paper.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef seasoned with salt and pepper until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the finely chopped onion to the skillet and sauté for another 2-3 minutes until soft.
- Lower the heat and mix in the shredded cheddar cheese and chopped pickles until melted.
- Spoon the meat-cheese mixture onto quarter pieces of hamburger buns and press gently to secure.
- Place the assembled snacks on the prepared tray and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot with ketchup and mustard drizzled or on the side.
