Method
 

Cooking the Pasta
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain it and set aside.
Sautéing the Vegetables
  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced zucchini and minced garlic. Sauté until the zucchini is tender, about 5 minutes.
Making the Cream Sauce
  1. Lower the heat and add the heavy cream and lemon juice to the skillet. Stir well to combine, letting it simmer for a couple of minutes.
