For the crust
  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust Store-bought for convenience.
Optional toppings
  • Fresh fruits (like berries or sliced kiwi) For garnish before serving.

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Gradually add the confectioners' sugar and continue whipping until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined and smooth.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the yogurt mixture until fully combined, being careful not to deflate the air.
  5. Spoon the creamy mixture into the pre-made graham cracker crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
Chill and Serve
  1. Cover the pie with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  2. Before serving, top the pie with fresh fruit and drizzle with honey if desired. Slice and enjoy.

Notes
