Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the heavy cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, and half the fresh herbs. Season with salt and pepper, then mix well.
- Place the salmon fillets skin side down in a baking dish. Pour the creamy lemon herb sauce over the fillets, ensuring they are well coated.
Baking
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5–10 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with the remaining herbs, and serve warm.
Notes
For leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheat in a preheated oven for 10-15 minutes. Can also be frozen for up to 3 months.
