Ingredients

Main ingredients
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries Ensure strawberries are thoroughly frozen for the best texture.
  • 1 cup coconut milk Can be substituted with almond or oat milk.
  • 1/4 cup sugar Adjust to taste based on the sweetness of strawberries.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method

Preparation
  1. In a high-speed blender, combine the frozen strawberries, coconut milk, sugar, and vanilla extract. Secure the lid tightly.
  2. Start on a low speed and gradually increase the speed. Blend until everything is well-combined and you achieve a creamy texture. Scrape down the sides to ensure all strawberries are blended.
  3. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a little more coconut milk until the desired creamy consistency is reached.
  4. Enjoy your whip right away in chilled bowls. If you prefer it a bit firmer, place it in the freezer for about 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a new twist, experiment with different fruits like mango or pineapple while maintaining coconut milk as the base. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 days.
