- Start on a low speed and gradually increase the speed. Blend until everything is well-combined and you achieve a creamy texture. Scrape down the sides to ensure all strawberries are blended.
- If the mixture is too thick, you can add a little more coconut milk until the desired creamy consistency is reached.
- Enjoy your whip right away in chilled bowls. If you prefer it a bit firmer, place it in the freezer for about 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a new twist, experiment with different fruits like mango or pineapple while maintaining coconut milk as the base. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 days.
