Cooking the Salmon
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove salmon and set aside.
Making the Sauce
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
- Bring to a simmer and add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
Combining and Serving
- Return the salmon to the skillet, spooning sauce over each piece.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Freeze cooked salmon for up to 2 months, wrapped well to prevent freezer burn.
