  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Method

Preparation
  1. Begin by boiling a large pot of salted water. Once it’s at a rolling boil, add the pasta and cook according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant and the onion is translucent.
  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet. Season it with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through.
  4. Lower the heat and stir in the cream cheese and heavy cream. Stir continuously until the cream cheese has melted and you have a smooth mixture. Add the drained pasta to this creamy beef mixture, combining everything well.

  1. Remove from the oven, allow it to cool slightly, and then serve hot. Enjoy the creamy richness of this irresistible pasta bake!

Notes

If you’re out of cream cheese, ricotta or cottage cheese can work as a substitute. Feel free to toss in your favorite vegetables for added nutrition and color. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
