  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese use your favorite cheese
  • 0.5 cup cream cheese for extra creaminess
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Cooking the Chicken
  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the bite-sized chicken pieces, seasoned with salt and pepper, and sauté until cooked through (about 5-7 minutes). Remove the chicken and set aside.
Preparing the Sauce
  1. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
Combining Ingredients
  1. Add the gnocchi and let it cook in the broth for 3-5 minutes until it rises to the top.
Adding Creaminess
  1. Lower the heat, then mix in the heavy cream, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, onion powder, and the cooked chicken. Stir until everything is well combined and the cheese is melted.
