  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation
  1. Slice the beef sausage into bite-sized pieces. If using frozen tortellini, ensure it’s thawed beforehand.
Cooking
  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced beef sausage and sauté until brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring gently to mix with the sausage.
  3. Add the tortellini to the skillet. Simmer for about 5-7 minutes until the tortellini is tender.
  4. Stir in the fresh spinach and let it wilt into the creamy sauce.
  5. Season the dish with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Remove from heat and serve while warm, garnished with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.

Notes

For variations, consider using Halal chicken sausage or turkey sausages. Be cautious not to overcook the tortellini.
