Preparation
- Begin by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the shell pasta and cook for about 8-10 minutes or until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula—around 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess grease.
- Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, and milk into the browned beef. Mix well and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add the cooked shell pasta to the beef mixture, stirring until thoroughly combined.
- Sprinkle in the shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until it’s melted and the sauce becomes creamy. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, or herbs if desired.
- Your creamy dish is now ready! Serve hot, adding any desired toppings if you wish.
Notes
For storing leftovers, keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to a month. Reheat by microwaving or on low heat in a skillet, adding a splash of milk if the sauce thickens too much.
