Ingredients

Main ingredients
  • 1 package 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 1 9-inch pre-made graham cracker crust
  • 1 cup whipped topping, plus extra for garnish
  • 1 unit Zest of 1 lemon (optional, for garnish)

Method

Preparation
  1. Make sure your cream cheese is softened to room temperature so it blends smoothly.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until the mixture is creamy and smooth.
  3. Slowly mix in the thawed lemonade concentrate until fully combined. The mixture should have a lovely, light yellow color.
  4. Gently fold in the whipped topping, being careful not to deflate the whipped cream too much.
  5. Spoon the creamy mixture into the pre-made graham cracker crust and spread it evenly.
  6. Cover the pie with plastic wrap and refrigerate it for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
  7. Before serving, consider adding some whipped topping and lemon zest on top for an extra refreshing touch. Slice, serve, and enjoy!

Notes

For a unique twist, try using limeade instead of lemonade. Don't skip the chilling step to ensure the pie sets properly and enhances its flavor. Any leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
