Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Wash the blueberries gently under cold water and set them aside to drain.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sugar. Whisk until smooth and fluffy. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
- In another bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture into the cream cheese mixture, alternating with milk, until smooth.
- Gently fold in the blueberries to avoid crushing them.
Baking
- Pour melted butter into a 9×13-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
- Pour in the cobbler mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and set.
- Allow it to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. For longer storage, freeze it in a container for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven for best results.
