Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, stuffing mix, cranberry sauce, diced onion, chopped celery, and chopped parsley.
- Add dried sage and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir in the beaten egg until well combined.
- Scoop out portions of the mixture and roll them into 1-inch balls. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool for a minute, then serve warm.
Notes
To store, place in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator or freeze for up to a month. For reheating, use a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes.
