Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, stuffing mix, cranberry sauce, diced onion, chopped celery, and chopped parsley.
  3. Add dried sage and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Stir in the beaten egg until well combined.
  5. Scoop out portions of the mixture and roll them into 1-inch balls. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Let cool for a minute, then serve warm.

Notes

To store, place in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator or freeze for up to a month. For reheating, use a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes.
