Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the Brie on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Assembling
- Spoon the cranberry sauce over the top of the Brie.
- Sprinkle the chopped pecans evenly over the sauce, and add a light dusting of brown sugar.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the Brie is melty.
- Let cool for a couple of minutes before garnishing with whole pecans, if desired.
Serving
- Serve with crackers, crostini, or fresh fruit.
Notes
Feel free to substitute pecans with walnuts or almonds for a different flavor. Bake just until the Brie starts to ooze for the best texture. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to three days; reheat at 300°F (150°C) for 10 minutes.
