Preparation
- If using fresh cranberries, rinse them under cold water and pat dry. If using canned cranberries, drain them well.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and honey. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the diced jalapeños and fresh cranberries. Make sure they're evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
- Add chopped green onions, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until everything is well combined.
- For best results, cover the dip and refrigerate it for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Serving
- Remove the dip from the fridge and give it a gentle stir. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
Notes
Adjust the heat by removing jalapeño seeds. Sweeten with honey to taste. Tastes better the next day, can be made ahead.
