Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries You can use canned if preferred
  • 2 pieces diced jalapeños Remove seeds for less heat
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Allow to soften at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 tbsp honey Or more to taste
  • Salt and pepper To taste
  • Optional: Tortilla chips or crackers for serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. If using fresh cranberries, rinse them under cold water and pat dry. If using canned cranberries, drain them well.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and honey. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fold in the diced jalapeños and fresh cranberries. Make sure they're evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  4. Add chopped green onions, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until everything is well combined.
  5. For best results, cover the dip and refrigerate it for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Serving
  1. Remove the dip from the fridge and give it a gentle stir. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.

Notes

Adjust the heat by removing jalapeño seeds. Sweeten with honey to taste. Tastes better the next day, can be made ahead.
