Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
- In a large bowl, combine the melted butter and brown sugar. Mix well, and then add the eggs and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Gently fold in the dried cranberries and white chocolate chips.
Baking
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan, smoothing the top with a spatula. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Once baked, allow the bars to cool completely in the pan.
Frosting
- While cooling, prepare your cream cheese frosting by mixing cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the frosting evenly over the cooled bars. Top with extra white chocolate chips and cranberries for that extra-special touch!
Serving
- Cut into squares and enjoy your homemade Cranberry Bliss Bars!
Notes
