Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, chopped onion, garlic, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and thyme. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
 - Transfer the meat mixture to a loaf pan or shape it into a loaf on a lined baking sheet, ensuring it’s evenly distributed.
 - In a small bowl, mix ketchup and brown sugar. Spread half of this glaze over the top of the formed meatloaf.

Cooking
- Place the meatloaf in the preheated oven and bake for about 45-50 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
 - Once cooked, allow the meatloaf to rest for a few minutes before slicing. Drizzle the remaining glaze on top before serving.

Notes
For added moisture, consider incorporating finely grated vegetables like zucchini or bell peppers. Resting the meatloaf after baking allows the juices to redistribute for a more succulent slice.
