Preparation
- Season the chicken tenders with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add a little oil and cook the chicken tenders for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Remove and set aside.
Sauce Preparation
- In the same skillet, lower the heat and add cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and chicken broth.
- Stir until the cream cheese is melted and everything is well combined.
- Mix in the shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
Combining and Serving
- Return the chicken to the skillet, coating each piece in the creamy sauce.
- Cook together for another 2-3 minutes to let the flavors meld.
- Remove from heat, garnish with green onions or parsley, if desired, and serve.
Notes
For extra crispiness, dredge the chicken in breadcbs before cooking. Use rotisserie chicken for a quicker preparation. Storing: Keep in the fridge for up to 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F for best results.
