  • 1 lb chicken tenders Fresh or thawed
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix For that satisfying flavor
  • 1 cup cream cheese Creates a creamy texture
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese Adds flavor and a cheesy touch
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth Keeps everything moist
  • to taste salt and pepper To season
Optional Garnishes
  • green onions or fresh parsley For garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Season the chicken tenders with salt and pepper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add a little oil and cook the chicken tenders for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Remove and set aside.
Sauce Preparation
  1. In the same skillet, lower the heat and add cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and chicken broth.
  2. Stir until the cream cheese is melted and everything is well combined.
  3. Mix in the shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
Combining and Serving
  1. Return the chicken to the skillet, coating each piece in the creamy sauce.
  2. Cook together for another 2-3 minutes to let the flavors meld.
  3. Remove from heat, garnish with green onions or parsley, if desired, and serve.

Notes

For extra crispiness, dredge the chicken in breadcbs before cooking. Use rotisserie chicken for a quicker preparation. Storing: Keep in the fridge for up to 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F for best results.
