Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine crab meat, shrimp, cooked rice, sour cream, and half of the shredded cheese. Add green onions, bell pepper, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined.
- Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with olive oil or non-stick spray.
Assembling and Baking
- Pour the seafood mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top, followed by an even layer of breadcrumbs.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and lightly golden.

- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Serve warm and enjoy!
