Assembly
- Spread a ladleful of marinara sauce in a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Layer three lasagna noodles, half of the cottage cheese mixture, a layer of marinara sauce, and one-third of the mozzarella.
- Repeat the layering process, finishing with the last three noodles, remaining sauce, mozzarella, and all of the grated Parmesan.
Baking
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 35 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Serving
- Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
