  1. Blend the Ingredients: In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, sweetener, vanilla extract, and milk. Blend until smooth and creamy, with no lumps remaining.
  2. Taste and Adjust: Before freezing, taste and adjust your sweetener if necessary.
  3. Transfer to a Container: Pour the blended mixture into a freezer-safe container and spread it out evenly.
  4. Freeze: Cover the container with a lid or plastic wrap and place in the freezer for about 2-4 hours, or until firmly set.
  5. Scoop and Serve: Once frozen, scoop into bowls and top with your favorite toppings.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the freezer. Best eaten within a week for optimal taste, but can last up to two weeks if sealed properly. Let sit at room temperature for a few minutes if it's too hard after freezing.
