  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract For enhanced flavor.
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder To help brownies rise.
  • 1 pinch salt Balances sweetness.
  • optional chocolate chips or nuts For added texture and flavor.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth using a food processor for best results.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the protein powder, cocoa powder, oats, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until well incorporated. If including chocolate chips or nuts, fold them in at this stage.
  5. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it out evenly.
Baking
  1. Place the pan in the oven and bake for approximately 25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  2. Allow the brownies to cool in the pan before cutting them into squares. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. For longer storage, freeze for up to 3 months, sliced with parchment paper between each piece to prevent sticking.
