  1. Begin by adding 1 cup of cottage cheese into a blender or food processor.
  2. Next, add in 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder, 2 tablespoons of chocolate protein powder, 1 tablespoon of honey (or maple syrup), 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Pour in 1/2 cup of milk or your choice of alternative milk.
  4. Blend until the mixture becomes completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides if necessary.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired. Add more honey for a richer flavor if preferred.
  6. Transfer the mixture into an airtight container and place it in the freezer for at least 2-4 hours or until it reaches your desired consistency.
