  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup flour (whole wheat or gluten-free as preferred) Choose according to dietary needs.
  • 1/2 tsp salt Adjust to taste.
Optional Seasonings
  • 1 tsp garlic powder Optional for extra flavor.
  • 1 tsp onion powder Optional for extra flavor.
  • 1 tsp your favorite seasoning mix Such as Italian herbs or taco seasoning.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, flour, salt, and any seasonings you like. Stir until you have a thick batter.
  3. Using a spoon, drop small mounds of the mixture onto the baking sheet, flattening them into chip shapes with the back of the spoon. Ensure they are evenly spaced.
Baking
  1. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the chips turn golden brown and crispy. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning!
  2. Once baked, let the chips cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
Serving
  1. Enjoy them as they are or with your favorite dip!

Notes

These chips pair well with hummus, guacamole, or salsa. For a fun twist, serve with a creamy yogurt dip seasoned with garlic and herbs.
