  • 1 can 15 oz whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can 15 oz cream-style corn
  • 1 package 8.5 oz Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine both cans of corn, the Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix, sour cream, and melted butter. Stir until well combined.
  3. Grease a baking dish (about 9x13 inches) to prevent sticking.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
Baking
  1. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set in the middle.
  2. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes
