  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (washed and hulled)

  • 1 cup club soda Add just before serving

Preparation
  1. Wash and hull the fresh strawberries and place them in a medium bowl. Add the sugar.
  2. Using a fork or a muddler, gently press down on the strawberries to release their juices.
  3. Stir in the tablespoon of lemon juice to enhance the flavor.
Mixing
  1. In a glass, add the muddled strawberry mixture. Slowly pour in the club soda to give it that fizzy kick, and gently stir to combine.
Serving
  1. Fill your serving glass with ice, then pour the strawberry soda mixture over it.
  2. Top generously with a luscious swirl of whipped cream.
  3. Grab a straw or a spoon, and enjoy your refreshing creation!

Notes

For best flavor, prepare your club soda just before serving to maintain the bubbles. You can also substitute fresh strawberries with thawed frozen strawberries. Store any leftover mixture in an airtight container for up to 24 hours, but remember it will lose its fizz.
