  1. Start by crushing the cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a ziplock bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar, and mix until smooth, ensuring there are no lumps.
  3. Stir in the crushed cookies and chopped chocolate chips until everything is well incorporated.
  4. Use your hands to form small balls (about one-inch in diameter) from the mixture.
  5. Place the formed balls on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
  6. Enjoy them chilled or let them sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
