  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional) Use honey for non-vegan, agave syrup for vegan options.
Equipment
  • 1 set Popsicle molds Choose molds of your preference.
  • 6 pieces Popsicle sticks To hold popsicles while freezing.

Method

Preparation
  1. Start by washing and chopping your mixed fruits into small pieces, aiming for bite-sized bits.
  2. In a bowl, combine your chosen fruit juice with honey or agave syrup if desired. Stir well until fully mixed.
Filling Molds
  1. In your popsicle molds, layer the chopped fruit and pour the juice mixture over the fruit until the molds are nearly full, leaving a little space at the top.
  2. Gently press a popsicle stick into the center of each mold.
Freezing
  1. Place the molds in the freezer and allow them to freeze for at least 4-6 hours or overnight for the best results.
Unmolding
  1. To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds. Then gently pull on the sticks to remove.

Notes

Store leftover popsicles in the freezer for up to a month in an airtight container or wrapped in plastic wrap. No need to reheat; just let them sit for a minute before enjoying.
